Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet entered the picking and packaging process, you may request a cancellation. However, if your order has already been packed and shipped, and has been collected by the courier, we will submit a request to the logistics company for interception and return. Please note that additional fees may apply during the interception process, as these charges are imposed by the logistics company. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I amend my order?

We will do our best to make changes to your order before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee amendments. Please email us at [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order for the best chance of updating an item or shipping address. (Requests made on weekends will be processed on Monday morning.) Please note that amendments may not be possible during peak sales periods or public holidays.

Has my order been dispatched?

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch. During peak periods or after major sales, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard delivery: 6-12 business days
  • Expedited delivery: 2-4 business days
