Processing time:

Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 working days after the order is placed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

Standard Delivery time: 6-12 working days

Expedited Delivery time 2-4 working days

Australia, Canada, the US (United States), and the rest of the World.

Free Shipping Apply – ( condition- $50.00 and up payment ) 

Standard Delivery- (condition- $0.00 to $49.99) ( Cost- $10.00)

Expedited Delivery – (condition- all orders) ( Cost- $20.00)

Free Expedited Shipping – ( condition- $100.00 and up payment )

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages:

Twinkale is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
